2020 DuBois Community Days dates: June 12th and 13th, 2020

You can find all registration forms below. Please choose the form applicable to you, fill it out, and submit it via email.

1.       Fire Truck Registration Form – use if you are a Fire Company and you want to register your unit to be in the parade.

2.       Parade Registration(Floats, Antique Cars, etc) – use if you want to enter a non-profit float, antique car, truck or tractor, or other type of unit to be in the parade.

3.       Parade Performers Band Registration – use to enter your musical or marching type unit to be in the parade.

4.       Booth Registration Form – use to request an information packet for having a booth in the park during Community Days
